Nocturnal Eater

I am a nocturnal eater. I have always known this about myself. The majority of my calories come after 4pm and stop close to 10pm. Is anyone else like this? I would like to break this habit but am having trouble. Any suggestions?

What exactly is nocturnal eating?
Night time eating. I feel like I should be in a fasting state from 8pm to 8am, but I am still eating at 10pm. I would like to fast for 12 hours, but when I am still eating when I go to bed, this is hard. I cannot move my breakfast time to hit the 12 hours, so I would like to try and eat all my calories before 8pm.0
