I read an article that says people over 200lbs (like myself) burn about 3.5 calories PER jumping jack. I was doing 250-400 per day for a while and it did actually really help with weight loss. Plus it works muscles all over
I'm doing the 30 day shred, and some regular weight lifting... but I'll attempt to do these as well
Oh, forgot to add... The ones that hurt are the ones that count the most!0 -

I'm in, but it will be a struggle today as I can't really do my jumping jacks in my office with my heels on, so will have to wait until I'm home late tonight. But I've felt great (and sore) after the last two mini-challenges, so want to stick with it.0
