Definitely want to lose 20lbs! My long-term goal is to lose about 35lbs total, but 20lbs is a great mid-term goal! We can do this for ourselves and the ones we love!0

I have lost 24 lbs already but I have another 100 lbs to go... wow that looks rather bloody crazy when I see it typed out... SO my goal is to get to a size 14 by summer. I'm an 18 now, I started at 24... Eventually before I finish my student teaching in December I want to be down to a 12. ...
It has taken forever to break the 275 mark.... I was stuck there no weight loss no gain... just right at 275 consistently... but Here it goes... I'm at 274 today I broke through so my down to 268 by the end of the month may just happen....:) I weighed 268 when I graduated high school... so if I can get below that its my next goal...0 -

I have been workingout for 5 weeks now and watching what I eat with 1400 cal diet. I slip on the weekends but never go over 1500 cals in a day. What am I doing wrong? I am eating too many cals @ 1400? I only lost 3 lbs with carido and lt. weight lifting. I want to jump on this challenge with everyone.0
