Help!!!

Hi,

For instance if I am doing cardio for 10 mins at home how do I enter the calories burned in my diary?
As many of the exercises I am doing are not mentioned in MFP ?
Or does anyone know of any website that displays the calories burnt along with the exercise recommended... ( eg. I am following a 10 min cardio workout on you tube ..how do I know how many calories I burnt in those 10 mins)

    If you google exercise calories you should get websites that will tell you roughly how much you're burning..then adjust according to your weight. That's what I do.

    If you want to be completely accurate you need a HRM.
