I have really enjoyed these pics, I could spend the day looking at them! Well done to everyone, there is not one set of pictures where I haven't been able to see a big difference. Also its inspirational to see people lose a lot of weight and be toned and tight, makes me believe it will be possible for me!0

Starting pic is around 207, but I started at 220. The right pic is around 175. My lowest was 173.8 but I am doing strength training and I am currently sitting around 175-179. But I am very happy with my results. I am gaining lots of muscle
You are so inspiring to me! I wasn't sure where I would like to start maintaining because I thought 175 would still make me look overweight. You look so far from it!! You look like you weigh 130! Great job!!1 -

Height: 5'11"
I lost 46lbs at one point, gained some back mostly early 2013 during a "break"...at 168lbs as of the last picture (and now)

I am currently about 7-8 pounds lighter than in the after pic. Need to get new pics this weekend.0 -

I just declared goal met last week since I am happy with my current BF% level.
At my heaviest in June/July 2010 ~160 (size 12 tight) / December 28th 2012 ~128 (size 4)
From left to right: September 6th ~143 lbs / December 22nd ~129 lbs / February 18th ~126
Starting in January I switched to a weight lifting centric exercise plan and dropped approximately 3% Body fat in the 7 weeks.
But...but...lifting weights makes women bulky!!
