Scooby's Workshop Calc Question

Hi everyone,
I just went to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and calculated that I should eat 1852 to lose a pound per week.
I entered that I do 3.5 hours of exercise per week.
Does that mean that everyday, I should just eat 1852, provided I keep up the weekly exercise that I inputted? It seems like a lot.
I've been following MFP calorie suggestions and eating back exercise calories but I'm stalling.
If I do more exercise like a 3 hour hike at the weekend, should I calculate calories burned and eat more?
Thanks in advance. I know questions like this get asked all the time.

I follow the same and eat the same calories everyday, including my rest day as as far as I know, scooby's takes into account the exercise for the week. If I do more than what I had inputted ( 3 hours a week) then I do eat those back. I input my exercise on here as only burning between 1-10 calories as I know they have already been accounted for.0
