You also get a higher allotment of sugar if you work out. Just sayin'...

Thanks all! I removed sugar. Can you edit your percentages? Mine only has me targeting 15% of my calories from protein and that IS RIDICULOUS! I know I can ignore it, but I'd rather change the percentages (up protein, lower carbs). I know I do lots of cardio a week but I also lift a lot, so it should require more protein.
I've tried to find a way to do this in the settings many times and haven't found it.0 -

Thanks! I just wish I could remove the column. I also don't like seeing the red numbers!

This will help you adjust settings and take the sugar off, if you don't want to measure that.0
