Low calorie chai tea latte with almond milk :)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup "slightly sweet" chai tea concentrate (i prefer oregon chai brand, but you can also make your own!)
Shake with ice or drink hot and shake in some fresh nutmeg![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
For those watching their sugar: Oregon chai also has a sugar free chai concentrate that brings it down significantly in calories, but I like the slightly sweet.
Enjoy! It's a much better option than starbucks (SB drinks are sooooo high in sugar)

Where do you buy that brand? Can it be found in the grocery store?0

I buy mine at Safeway/Giant (in the organic section or by the coffee and tea) but they also sell it at Trader Joes and Whole Foods. You can also buy it online0

Thank you so much!! Will look for it at the store!!!0

Fyi some companies like "soy delicious" make an almond milk with 5g of protein. Also the coconut/almond milk blend by Almond Breeze is pretty tasty0
