Sadly, results unknown... but 30 day shred complete!

So, I kind of jumped into the 30 day shred without much prior thought, so I didn't think to take pictures or measurements or anything until I was well into it, and at that point decided it wasn't worth it anymore.
BUT. When I look in the mirror, I can tell a big difference in the flatness of my stomach (still not flat, but getting there), and I wore a sleeveless shirt last night, feeling much more confident about my arms than I have in years.
Also, when I am sitting down, I no longer look at my thighs and think about how incredibly huge they are. I am not sure if they actually have changed that much, or if my body image is just improving, but either way I'm happy with it!
I probably turned it into more of a "45-day shred" because of a vacation, some phlebitis in my arm, and the general busyness of life, but that's okay. I finished, which is not something I can say about any other exercise program, ever! I think the satisfaction of finishing it is even better for me than the body changes.

That's awesome! Now take some measurements and keep at it! It holds you accountable and it makes you feel better when you can actually measure the difference.0
