Do you sleep in on the weekends or take naps?

I love naps! I wish I was better at sleeping in but I'm not.0

Shoot on the weekends I can sleep until 2! I'm a really heavy sleeper too so once I'm out, I'm hard to wake up. I couldn't even tell you how many alarms I've slept through. Now the fiance has to turn on the light and shake my legs and let the dog jump on me. I can still usually sleep through a good chunk of that. hahaha0

I always have intensions on sleeping in but hardly ever do. If I do maybe til like 8 or 9. Naps? Eh once in great great while?0
-
I sleep in. Napping always makes me groggy for the rest of the day.0

I am up between 5-6 M-F and typically can make it between 6-7 on the weekends. I can only nap if I really run myself ragged early in the morning on the weekends but usually if I'm up, I'm up. I do try to maintain about 7 hours of sleep per night and that keeps me pretty lively.0

I sometimes do both. lol. I have a very active 15 month old. I sleep in until about 1 or 2, then i still take a nap around 7 or 8, then Im still able to go to bed at around 1 or 2 ish0

Yes to sleep ins and naps! I love a nana nap!
(I also get up at 6am all week, and I stay up too late too)0 -
LOVE naps! The are definitely something I look forward to on my days off...I think napping was something I really started to love during college. And you are totally not the only adult who loves to nap-I know many fellow nap lovers0

I do both. I like to sleep in as long as I can and if it's an extremely lazy day I'll end up taking a nap, too. I think it's just that on lazy days I don't get up and moving around enough so I'm pretty lethargic. On days that I go out and do things and run errands I'm less likely to take a nap.0

I sleep in on weekends only because I often don't get to bed until 3-4am cuz I'm so happy to have a couple of hours to do whatever!
Naps... I rarely take them deliberately, but there are 2 chairs at home (1 rocking recliner and 1 big ol' fluffy chair-and-a-half) that will knock me the *kitten* out REAL quick... two times! The funny thing is that I have matching rocking recliners next to each other but only 1 does that! I only sit in that one as a last resort for insomnia! I think it has something to do with accupressure points on my back or something... <puts on 'conspiracy theorist' hat>0 -
I have never napped...I didn't realize that adults napped either. I clearly live under a rock.
I'm up at 6 with my kids, and don't go to sleep until around 11:30-midnight.
Sleeping in is impossible with kids but it would be cutting into my daylight of fun activities! No sleeping in!0 -
I sleep in on weekends when my schedule allows (no baseball, football games) and I take naps almost daily!!
I wake up at 5:45am and I'm normally not in bed till close to midnight.0 -
I've got a 4-legged alarm clock on the weekends - and wouldn't trade him for eleventy billion dollars.0
-
I'm up before 5 M-F...on the weekend, I'm lucky if my body will stay asleep past 6, so yes! I love me some weekend naps when I can get them! Especially if it's raining

Neither. I have a kid0

Nope, I'll sneak one in every now and then.0

Yup. What are these naps you speak of?0 -
I work crazy hours sometimes, and occasionally in the overnight hours so I nap when I can..!! LOVE MY NAPS!!! Wish my kids still napped...LOL!!0
-
Nope. My internal clock won't let me sleep past 6am and it is REALLY hard for me to sleep during the day - unless I'm completely physically exhausted.0
-
naps are a good time if you have time lol0
-
I get up at 7 M-F, but on days I don't work...I sleep until noon. :blushing: Sometimes I wonder why I never grew out of that. I'm not a nap person. I go to bed around midnight most nights either way.0

On the weekends I'm up usually by 7:30 and I rarely take a nap unless I'm not feeling well.0
-
I get up at 5:30 M-F and on the weekends, I am usually up by 7, if I am lucky, I might sleep until 7:30.
I can't nap unless I am terribly sick. My mind won't shut down if I try to take a nap.0 -
I get up at 6 a.m., or earlier, sometimes. I take a nap almost every other day -- 15 or 20 minutes.0

can't stand naps, never liked them. my husband loves naps. he takes them whenever he can. so no, you aren't the only adult who takes them.0
-
I love my nap time on Saturdays and Sundays around 2:00pm if I have time ~ usually only lasts 20 to 30 minutes but I am a much happier person when I do!! Plus I am a night owl!! I usually stay up late and wake up around 6:30 - 7:00am 7 days a week!!0

I have 2 kids.0 -
I'm usually up around 6 on work days, and weekends we wake up around 8-8:30 on average. We often nap on weekends. Last Saturday we napped for over 3 hours. I love napping.0

I take naps every weekday at work. If they didn't want me to sleep at work than they wouldn't force me to take an hour for lunch in a room without windows. My neighbors at work in adjacent offices have also started taking naps after seeing how rested and relaxed I am after my lunch break.0

after 2 hours of tough work outs, I come home have some coffee - which is reverse effect for me - work some, crash for an hour then get up an work some more.
I literally could not stay awake everyday if I tried. Years ago I worked for Ford and found my way to the car everyday for a 15-20 minute nap that got me through the day. sometimes I wasn't sure if I would make it to the car without falling over and sleeping on the floor haha.0
