    So true, I have learned to love my fruits and veggies :tongue: It seems like you can eat more volume, and not have the heavy feeling in your stomach. Some of my FL have been encouraging me to get more protein. Previously, I would only meat meat, fish, and carbs.

    On top of my protein shakes already today, I've had 2 cups of spinach, a baked sweet potato and onion. I still have dinner to eat yet and I'll probably snack on some cucumbers later too :)
