    GREAT JOB!! I started my journey about 2 weeks ago and just started with MFP today. It is wonderful to hear stories like yours that are off to a GREAT start, kudos to you girl!!

    I started with 122.5 lbs to lose and have lost 79 lbs now. Not quick, not easy, the old fashioned hard way.
    I am obsessed with MFP and have logged in for 430+ days in a row.
