    Thanks for posting - I just started this week. I have 35 lb to shift, not as much as some, but it is good to know that sticking with it helps.

    You look like a completely different person in that last pic. Come to think of it, the changes were so drastic from pregnancy onward, that it looked more like three different people to me!
