Plateau for over a year

Hi

I started MFP in June 2011 and lost 10kg.

Christmas 2011 came and I thought awesome, I can treat myself to nice food. Problem was I just kept eating the treats while kind of maintaining my weight.

A year passed and I kept most of the weight off, but now I feel I'm going back to my old ways of overindulging and eating sweets when they are on offer. If there's sweets around or chips, I will eat them!

I feel now it's time to get back onto the healthy wagon and I need major support.

Just because I've lost weight in the past, I need to change my mind habits of thinking I can eat whatever I want and how much I want.

Please help me get back into this.

Just put one foot in front of the other! Sounds like you are ready to eat less and move more!
