Awesome Job! Your starting weight and goal weight is similar to mine. What type of exercises did you do?
thanks you! i dont do too much, i exercise 3-5 times per week, doing 30 minutes on the elliptical / or other cardio, and 30 - 45 minutes lifting...0 -

Good job. In such a short period too. You give me hope for myself. I'm told (MS) that I'm on target to be about 10 lbs a month, but you know, even though I've only lost 8 lbs so far, I can already feel a difference in my body. Not how it looks, but how I feel. I can walk at a good clip without getting short of breath! Been a while since that happened!!0

thanks alot! i wish i could take credit for the cutie in the picture with me, however, i cant... hes my nephew! my kids are ages 15, 13, 11, 10, and 8... i dont have any more babies running around my house! anyhow, thanks again for all the compliments!0
