Butt & thigh

Do a lot of cardio, but need specific exercise to tone thighs & butt! HelllllllllP please don't say squats & lunges as I've experienced *kitten* get bigger with these ????

    Hip Raises w/squeezes, donkey kicks, leg lifts, side leg lifts.

    Find a bench, stand on the end of it and swing your legs over it.
