Late evening munchies

I just made a big root beer float with 1/2 cup no sugar added, fat free vanilla ice cream and a diet root beer. Only 80 calories, DELICIOUS, and satisfied my evening sweet cravings.

I discovered this stuff called Arctic Zero. It's "ice cream" with about 150 calories PER PINT. Of course, there was a study done that concluded it was more around 225, but then the company gave a counter-study to it. Not that it matters too much to me, that's still insane for an entire pint of ice cream!

Believe it or not: oatmeal & blueberries or strawberries

I take 1 tbsp of dry oatmeal + 1 cup of frozen strawberries or blueberries and some water with a dash of stevia, cinnamon, and maybe some vanilla extract then pop it in the microwave. It's sort of like mushy berry pie without the crust

Thanks for the tip on the Arctic Freeze ! I looked them up and both Walmart and Whole Foods carries it. It will be in my freezer tomorrow night

No problem! I wish I had it more often, though it's around $5 for the pint. T_T

EDIT: It's actually called Arctic Zero LOL. My friends tend to do that also...woops haha
