I'm doing my first half-marathon in about 3 weeks! I'm very excited about that. I'm also riding RAGBRAI this summer - short and sweet 400-mile course this year, perfect for a newbie0

I would like to do the 30DS in 30 days and not cry. I haven't even started trying yet. I need to start trying to do a push-up from my knees (I hope my shoulders will cooperate!)

Be able to do my current workouts with more than a 5lb weight. I struggle with the 5lbs right now, but once it starts getting easier I plan to move up to 8lbs (so on and so forth).0

I'd love to be able to do a tri and a half marathon.
My knees pose a huge obstacle for me. I'll run a 5k with no problems, but a week later I can't run a mile without horrible pain. It's tough, but hopefully someday I can do it0 -
My first short-term goal is to be able to do at least one dive-bomber pushup.
Second is to be able to run a 5K in less than 1/2 an hour.
Third is to be able to lift heavy like a boss0 -

I want to do my first 5k this year. Looking to June to do it. If the weather gets better I can start jogging again so I can challenge myself to keep going after 14 minutes of it.0

I went to my fiance's cabin in the woods last summer with my two boys. I attempted to do a hike with them in the woods and had to back out 10 minutes in because I couldn't keep up. I'm working towards being able to do that hike with my boys.0
