So happy to finally have it done
Start: 105kg / 231.5 lbs / 16 stone 7lbs 35.2 BMI
Finished: 63.4 KG / 140 Lbs / 10 Stone 21.3 BMI
I basically did it all by lowering my portions and doing a 40 minute cycle (20km) each day whilst watching TV, I didn't change the foods I eat just cut out snacking and managed portion size, figured if I was eating the foods I disliked I wouldn't stick to it.

The best thing about this for me has been the fact I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and I used to have to take some really dangerous meds, now I weigh less I don't have to and overall I have cut my daily pills from 19 to 7

Amazing achievment, well done! I too have ulcerative colitis, have had it for 26 years. How did the weight loss affect your medication? Mine has just increased in the last month because of a flare-up.0
