Advice on Nutrition/Food Diary

I am constantly going over my sugar limits- not from added sugar, however. Mostly, it is the sugar from fruit. Should I be limiting my fruit consumption?

I am trying to lose weight by exercising. Also, I am eating healthily and have found that the calories from the food I am consuming is actually quite low. Am I eating too little?

    Drink more water you will notice that you will crave or want it much less! I had the same problem. Hydration really is the key.

    I wouldn't worry too much about the sugar if it is coming from fruit.
