insanity, p90x beach body? are these all the same thing or different? im confused

    Beachbody is the name of a company that creates at home fitness products. Insanity is the name of a 60-day cardio conditioning program created by Beachbody. P90X is a 90-day overall fitness program (strength training, cardio and stretch) created by Beachbody.

    Beach Body is a company that sells workout videos and related stuff. P90x is a workout program and so is Insanity but they are not the same. P90x has more of a focus on strength training while Insanity is more high intensity cardio.
