There is, I believe, one last show in the series. It's Michael Mosley on Guts. He swallows a mini camera that is used to track the GI system.

The program on his experiences with various forms of fasting was also interesting. Again, he has a medical degree and discussed the topic with researchers who M.D.s and Ph.Ds in their fields, hardly quack science.

there is one more program after "Guts" i think its called "Dieting and weight loss"

I Really enjoyed both of his programs ..on fasting and exercise...

Loved the info..was a great help to me, as I am now practicing intermittent fasting and started the interval workouts..although i do more reps of 20 second BLASTS! wow it really gets me reved up..i can feel my metabolism speeding up . I also add other exercise like more walking and pilates and yoga and weights.

The intermittent fasting i am doing is the 16/8

The gene tests were interesting, but even if more widely available, it has to be remembered that genes can't predict everything.

True. That is why Gattaca is one my favorite SciFi movies. There is no accounting for the human spirit and willpower in DNA.

What kind of 3 minutes exercise do they recommend? Not that I'm lazy or anything...

3 sets of short short 20 second max VO2 cardio exercises. Don't recall the rest in between. They used a stationary bike.

More important are some genetic issue they found through DNA that can categorize your body by it's ability to respond to exercise.
