What's your fav type of protein and how do you cook it?

I recently got into kangaroo meat and love it. I usually marinade it and grill it or just throw on some garlic and herbs. It tastes good any way.

Favorite kinds of protein are cod, salmon, mahi mahi, lobster, shrimp, occasionally steak, pastrami, pulled pork, cheeseburgers... I could go on... lol. All my favorites are things I don't get to eat very often either!

It's a type of fish, pretty big tropical one, and delicious! :) I think it's very mild, and a little sweet. Goes great grilled with mango salsa!

Cookies n cream powder sounds amazing. I wish we got good stuff like that here.

Hi Tia, i'm from Cairns QLD. Kangaroo is an awesome protein to assist fat loss and lean muscle building. My husband loves it, I have never really liked the taste but I guess I should just try to learn to love what's good for me :-)

I forgot to mention my favourite protein. Skinless chicken cooked in the George Forman grill (boring I know). I also like protein shakes for snacks. The Evolve chocolate protein shake is nice.

    Salmon - smoked or cooked
Fish - in general and eat a lot of tuna, anchovies, cod and haddock
Eggs - poached but any way really
Greek yogurt - straight up, plain or flavoured
    Cheese - in moderation
Veg - broccoli, asparagus and broad beans
Protein powder - currently using Myprotein's mocha, choc & coconut, and apple crumble & custard flavours
