I would suggest increasing the intensity and eventually try to run the whole time or try HIIT training. as an example try Running at 8.0 for 1 miniute then a slow jog at 5.0 or a fast walk for 2 minutes and repeat until you cannot do anymore. Doing this type of training will burn more calories in 30 minutes they you are probably getting from the 105 min.

To get into HIIT training you can start slower, 5.0 for 1 min followed by walk at 3.0, the fitter you get the faster or higher incline you can use.
  • i do the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. my husband has notice that my baby fat is going away the dvd is only 20 minutes. i love it cause i dont have time with 3 kids under the age of 5.

Include some running in your routine and like the others mentioned, Shred is a good workout to try. I do it and love it! The baby tummy is a hard area to lose and I'm in the same boat as you.

    To Amandac: I wish I weighed 140 pounds!!! :)
I'm actually at my pre-baby weight, but the ole body sure doesn't look the same, especially in the tummy area!
    Good luck to all!
