Hi, I lost 28 pounds and then I got hurt and couldn't exercise. I gained back 14 of those lost pounds. I have been cleared to start exercising again. So I'm going to start walking my 2 miles a day again. If you would like to be my walking buddy please add.

    I am in the same boat. Previously lost 20 lb, thn some physical condition ,cant move for 2 yrs. Now wanna loose 30 lb. Count me as ur walking partner.though cant run only walking my option. We will definitely succeed . What u say buddies.

    My exercise is walking, usually 2 miles or so per day, but depends on the weather, thus some days do not do it, other days walk for hours around lovely gardens, National Trust or historic sites, it all depends where I am and what the weather is, and sometimes I just walk to the pub :drinker:

    It was hard but I got my fat azz up too and went at 10 p.m. I got my 2 miles in! ????

    Today is 2nd day. I just finish my 2 miles for today. This sometime tough to finish with a kid. But we can surely. Waiting to listen from others.

    Its hard Ghette but u did it yesterday. So u can today also. Keep posted friend. We need each others support to achieve the goal.

    Day 3 walking mix with running 2.25 miles. So, total 6.75 mile. Not bad start . Wht u think. Keep it up everyone.
