Need friends!!

I need some more friends to encourage me.
I tend to be more motivated by people who are committed and have been successful but who are not pushy know-it-all's. LOL. People who acknowledge that not everyone can follow the exact same methods, and it's important to figure out what works for each individual.
In other words, I want your advice, I want to hear about your successes, I want you to point out if you notice areas where I could improve, but I don't want you to lecture me on how I'm doing everything wrong because I need to do everything that you did instead.
I don't want friends who don't interact with me, and I don't want friends who use their MFP feed as an alternative to Facebook. Occasional off-topic conversation is one thing, but constant updates that have nothing to do with health and fitness annoy the crap out of me.
I am also really encouraged by people who do the same sorts of exercise that I do. If I feel too lazy to go for a run, but I see that my friends are all out there running, the competitive side of me comes out and I lace up my running shoes.
My exercise routine usually includes: running/walking, swimming, cycling, and the occasional workout DVD. So if you are into any of these, and are interested in friendship for mutual encouragement and motivation, I want to know you!!
