I am always going over my sugar limit but the only things that i ever eat that contains a lot of sugar is fruit (i usually eat an apple and an orange everyday). Is that okay, or should i start limiting my fruit?

No, absolutely not. The sugar in fruit is natural. What you should be limiting is the sugar you ingest from packaged or processed foods-- artificial or refined sugars. The sugar in fruit is the least of your problems-- feel free to eat, eat, eat those fruits!0

I think sugar is sugar personally. Whether from fruit or refining.
But i tell myself if my treat is an apple or banana, as opposed to a cake, I should just be happy with the choice and not find reasons to feel bad about eating the fruit too.0 -
Ok thank u so much0
