    Fruits are nature's candy!
    Fiber one caramel nut bars.
    Quaker granola bars.
    Special K pastry crisps.
    Dark chocolate covered blueberries/acai.
Jello has 10 calories but it's not one of my favorites.

If you want low cal sweets you have to be willing to eat chemicals. I don't want to eat aspartame or splenda or any artificial sweetner- I can taste how "fake" it is.
When I want something sweet I eat a small square of dark chocolate.
I also like plain yogurt with a little maple syrup that I mix in.
I also find that apples are very very sweet.

5 organic ginger snap cookies = 120 calories

It may not be impressively low in calories, but it's better than cake and it satisfies my sweet tooth.

I freeze a banana, and then blend it with some milk (and maybe whey shake, or berries or whatever...)
Makes awesome low cal ice cream :)
