    I am 5 2 and started in June 2012 at 179. Picture on right is February 2013 at about 146. Currently 144.4 and current goal weight is 135 will then reevaulate and perhaps try to lose another 10

    I am 5'2. I am starting out at 159 pounds. My goal is to be around 120. I just started last week! Good Luck Ladies lets keep each other motivated! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. lol well at least thats what i've been telling myself. Summer bod here we come!

    My highest weight was 222, and I had lost 20 of that before the first pic was taken; in the second, I was down to 120. I now hover comfortably between 120-125 and have been maintaining that for just over a year.

    It CAN be done if you WANT it badly enough! Move more, eat less (and healthier), and before you know it you'll get there too... :smile:

    I'm 5'2" and my avatar is the closest thing I have to a progress pic. Started off at 271 (ugh! never again!). In the lower picture of my avatar I am at about 175. I'm currently at 164. Goal weight is 135.

    I am loving this thread, so many inspirational ladies! I'm 5'2" (and a bit) and after 8 years of struggling between 200 & 239 am more determined than ever to get to 130. No real progress photos yet, as I'm just re-starting the journey, but can't wait to have some to post!

    I personally think that in Dec 2012 picture, I look too skinny. So this year I have concentrated on more strength work than cardio to build muscle. For the first time that I can remember, I am happy with my body!! It's taken so much physical and mental training... from eating 1000 cals a day (a bowl of bran flakes for breakfast, cup of soup for lunch, then high fat & carbs for dinner) to eating 5/6 "meals" a day! Exercise is a massive part of my body change, weights have changed my body for the good and I'm going to stick at them!!!

    Hi OP

    I don't have any piccies yet, just started this week. I'm 5'2" also. Starting weight also 207lbs. May have lost 3lbs this first week.
    If you want to be a friend as we have same starting weight, I think, that would be great. No worries if not.
