2.18today - sort of. Ran a little over a mile before the pain in my knee became unbearable and I turned around. I'm counting the limp home because it takes more energy to walk a mile without bending or putting weight on your knee than it does to run. And because I'm all kinds of brilliant, I thought maybe it would feel better if I just jogged slowly. So I did "jog slowly" for parts of the second mile. Probably looked more like Quasimodo having a seizure than jogging though...

3.29 miles today! I went a little faster than usual, going 5.2 mph today and then bringing it up to 5.3 half-way through. I ended the last minute at a speed of 7 mph. I about died, but I feel awesome now! I'm finished with the Couch to 5k program, and I think I'm ready for my first 5K on Saturday!!!0 -
