I tried searching but Im not having any success... how do I log day 1 level 1 of the 30ds? Since its cardio & strength :) thanks!!

    I used "Curves Circuit Training" when I did the 30 day shred, it's more accurate in my opinion than regular circuit training. It's under cardio.

    I read once to log it as circuit training so that is what I was doing until I bought a heart rate monitor. Circuit training gave me 317 calories and HRM gave me 215! I was shocked- so just beware because it is probably different for everyone.

    **edit-I just logged it as Curves Circuit Training like the previous poster suggested and it was more accurate to my benefit at 194 calories.

    Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the HRM. I got a HRM AFTER completing the shred. I then did a level 3 workout wearing it and I burned 285 cals, Curves Circuit Training only gave me 206, but that's probably accurate for level 1 and maybe level 2. But I was OK with it underestimating my caloric burn, better to underestimate than overestimate!
    Best thing: get a HRM. If not use Curves Circuit Training, lol

    I logged it as Curves Circuit Training.... really not even 200 calories?! I thought I was dying! Oh well better than nothing right!!
