I need a good workout
I need a good diet plan
(please) give them to me.
No more slacking off for me, I'm doing this for real.
I am 5'1", 120 lbs on a good day, and I eat 1300-1600 calories a day.
I don't want something that has 'good reviews' I want something, even if it's just small tips, that you know works.
Thank you and good day.

Up your calories, somewhere between 1500-2000 and lift heavy. Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Barbell Glute Brigdes, Rows, and overhead press.
That should just about do it for you.
Good luck0 -
Check out Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer on BodyBuilding.com. It's a 12 (?) week program, it's great.0

LiveFit Trainer is good, or New Rules of Lifting for Women.
To build muscle you will have to eat at a surplus and lift heavy!0 -
