Hey MFP peeps !!

I have found some wonderful US/CA/UK MFP friends and can absolutely do with some more support - Any Irish MFP folks out there ? Feel free to add me as a friend and you can expect support in return :)

Aged 38 - Lost 48 lbs in 2012 - then quit smoking - put back on 20 lbs afterwards so am back again to loose that - still off the smokes over 5 months now - woohoo !!

Help me push that scale backwards !!!!!

:D x

Only Irish by way of bloodline, but great that you quit smoking! Going on five years now and, although I really thought I'd miss it, I don't regret it for a second!

YAY, I have some Irish in my familiy. Irish, German, Indian actually. I also quit smoking (4.5 months ago) and it makes it harder to lose weight so count me in on the support :)

Irish & Scottish by blood. I'm brunette with major freckles but my oldest son is a redhead with green eyes (and extremely translucent white skin- sad for a water polo player :)
