I am right there with you!! I am so lazy, especially when it comes to exercise. But I've found some great workout DVDs that you can do at home, and only take from 10 - 30 minutes. Here's the list of my favorites: (you'll see a running theme of kickboxing, because that's what I like to do personally)
- Turbo Jam T3
- Turbo Jam 20 minute workout
- Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 1
- 10 Minute Solution: Kickbox bootcamp
Tip: you can find these cheap on ebay.com
Best of luck to you as you strive for a healthier, stronger you!0 -
You have to find something that you'll enjoy doing.
Running, weight lifting, circuit training, swimming, sports, dance, yoga, etc.
Running: C25K is a good program.
Weights: Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength, or New Rules of Lifting for Women book.
Circuit training: you can youtube videos or buy some DVDs, join a class.0
