    I make the weight/size distinction because I have always been heavier than I've looked, however now that I'm heavy lifting I am focusing more on my size than my weight. I am looking for more female friends that are also looking to heavy lifting and 20% TDEE calorie reduction and macronutrient management as a means to achieving our ideal body types!
