Turbo Fire

Hey, I was just wondering, has anyone tried turbo fire? if so, what were your results? is it a good program?

    LOVING it!! I am doing it in combination with Chalean Extreme which is mostly strength training. Turbo Fire is intense and I have lost 2 pounds a week since I started adding the workouts.

    Yep love Turbo Fire!!! Love the energy and music. I noticed a difference in the muscles in my core after the first week!!

    I'm in week 3, but I'm not following the schedule 100%. So far, I've lost two inches off my waist, which hasn't gone down the tiniest bit in the 6 previous months.

    Love it! I'm finishing up week 6 I've went from a 12 to an 8. Join the Turbo Fire Hotties group there's lots of members at all different stages.

    I love it. I've added it to my normal gym routine. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now, and have lost nearly 2 lbs a week. I look like an *kitten* doing some of it, though, because I am most DEFINITELY not a dancer or very coordinated. It's still fun, though!

    I completed Turbo Fire. It was intense but fun!. I enjoyed it so much I continue to do the workouts. I definately saw results!

    I LOVE turbofire. I did the 9 week prep schedule and lost 15 lbs, 8 inches, and 2 dress sizes. I am now in week 2 of the 12 week program and it is a ton of fun! I would highly recommend it!

    I've never tried it. Looking at the videos, I'm not coordinated enough. It would take me too long to learn the steps. A co-worker that I haven't seen in a while has lost a lot of weight. I almost didn't recognize her. I asked her what she was doing and she said, "Turbo Fire". I started doing one of the moves from one of the TF videos just to give her a laugh. I told her I wasn't coordinated enough.
