I have a Nordictrak stationary bike in which I exercise for 40 minutes at 14-16 mph. The bike tells me that I burn around 180 calories but when I enter the time and speed in MFP it gives me 660 calories. Can someone guide me on which is correct? Of course I would love to use the 660 calories burned.

40mins at that pace should be more like 500-600 cals as a guide. They are just approximate calculations but certainly 180 seems far too low for that length of time.0

Doesn't sound like you are plugging in your weight on your bike. Previous poster is correct, you should be burning upwards of 400+ calories at your pace.0

Thank s for the clarification.0
