Hello all,
I'm new to myfitnesspal. I've lost 25 pounds and have 4 more to go. I've hit a plateau and can't get the numbers to budge. Any suggestions? I'm very active and I stick to my diet plan. Help!

    Hello and welcome!!

    I know when I hit a plateau, I increased my water intake and changed up my exercise routine and even increased it a few minutes. It knocked me off it.

    I am really new here but I love it already. The calorie counter is awesome!
