Okay so..
I found this recipe on a MFP blog (but unfortunately I don't remember who the original poster is).
I just want to make sure EVERYONE knows this simple yet delicious recipe!
This is directly from the person's blog. i'm not trying to take credit.. just want to share!
Homemade Skinny Chocolate Cake in a Mug
( 136 cals, 25 carbs, 0 fat, 5 protein, 10 sugar, 105 sodium, as per MFP Recipe setting)
2 tbsp Flour ( I used whole wheat)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
1.5 tbsp skim milk
1.5 tbsp apple sauce
1/2 tsp vanilla
Put all the dry ingredients in a mug
Add all the wet ingredients
Give it a good stir
Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes ( or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean)
I splurged and put 1 tbsp of chocolate chips on top and melted them for 15 seconds! I then put a handful of raspberries on top.
So filling and delicious!

I think 3-2-1 cake is easier and actually lower in fat and calories. Mix an box of Angel food cake with a box of any flavor cake. Put 3 tbs on a mug wiht 2 tbs water and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Fast and easy!0
