HELP PLEASE :-) Ok I lost the Humus recipe my Sweet friend on here gave me I bought dried garbanzo beans, Lemon and garlic so I can make it I went for the recipe and it was gone .. Please help If anyone has one they are willing to share I would be so blessed I am wanting to serve it tomorrow to go with a birthday party I am having for my Sweet Brother

Here are two of my absolute favorite Hummus Recipes; unfortunately, I don't know what was posted earlier.

Green Herb Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
1 15 oz Can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Handful Parsley
1 Handful Basil
1 Handful Dill
1 Medium Scallion or Green Onion
2 Tbs Tahini
1 Clove Garlic, smashed
3 Tbs Lemon Juice*
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Dash Cayenne Pepper*
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse and drain garbanzo beans very well
Add garbanzo beans to electric blender or food processor
Tear parsley, basil and dill into small pieces; add to blender or food processor
Lightly chop scallion or green onion; add to blender or food processor
Add tahini and garlic to blender or food processor
Squeeze half of lemon into blender or food processor
Add honey, salt and cayenne pepper into blender or food processor
Add olive oil to blender or food processor
Pulse ingredients together until smooth and creamy; or desired consistency
Scrape the mixture off the sides of the blender or food processor in between pulses
Transfer mixture to airtight container and store in refrigerator for approximately one week
*Note: Increase and/or decrease amount(s) according to desired taste
Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
INGREDIENTS:
1 15 oz Can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
1 4 oz Jar Roasted Red Peppers*
3 Tbs Lemon Juice
2 Tbs Tahini
1 Clove Garlic, smashed
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
5 Dashes Cayenne Pepper*
1/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse and drain garbanzo beans very well
Add garbanzo beans, red peppers, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, olive oil, cumin, cayenne
and salt to electric blender or food processor
Pulse ingredients together until smooth and creamy; or desired consistency
Scrape the mixture off the sides of the blender or food processor in between pulses
Transfer mixture to airtight container and store in refrigerator for approximately one week
*Note: Increase and/or decrease amount(s) according to desired taste0 -

I cook at a resturant and this is the recipe that I use.....
3 cans of garbonzo beans or chick peas Simmered for one hour.
1/4 cup of tahini
3 garlic cloves
juice of 2 lemons
16 drops of hot sauce
Kosher salt
1/4 cup of olive oil ( or as needed to make desired consitancy)
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend till desired consitancy.
Enjoy with a good flat bread or tortilla pieces.0 -
