    How did I do it?
    A lot of hard work. I didn't exercise for quite a while. I had a lot of weight to lose and I wanted to lose a bit of it before I started exercising. I didn't want my weight to be too much for my joints. But, now I work out 4 times a week. And my diet is completely changed. I don't cheat at ALL. Maybe once or twice a month and I'm okay with that. I don't really crave a lot of unhealthy foods anymore because I see what healthy choices result in. I've cut out sugary and salty foods entirely. And I have 6 small meals a day rather than 3 huge meals. I'm very disciplined. I have a goal in mind and I don't give into temptation if I can help it.

    Wow Jessica! I know you must be so happy and you should be. Was it from eating healthy and exercise? What kind of exercise did you start off with (at the beginning)?
