What motivates you to exercise and eat right

What motivates me is knowing that by doing this it will save my life and advance my longevity, I am also motivated by the multitude of individuals that push pass what they feel or see and only see what lays ahead which is success.

Aside from being healthy-I love my back with no rolls for the first time since forever.

When I first started my motivation was simply that I wanted to lose weight.
As it became more & more a habit and now that it just belongs to my weekly routine, I actually don't need motivation to keep going.
I actually feel crappy if I don't work out a few days or been eating unhealthy.
