    Hello everyone! I downloaded MFP app on my phone months ago, but never really stuck with it. Then I was on weight watchers for about 3 months and only lost 12 lbs. I decided that all these diet plans were not helping me with a lifestyle change that I can maintain.

    With that I decided to adopt a new lifestyle of eating more veggies and fruits, decreasing my meat/dairy intake, and avoiding as much processed junk as I can. Now I'm here on MFP and in 1 week have already lost 3.3lbs!

    I have over 100lbs to lose, but I know I can do it!
