    No songs for Morgan.
Closest I get is when anyone mentions a morgue.
Needless to say, I get a lot of emo songs.

Don't report me for excluding people with unheard-of names, it's not my fault what your parents named you
    hahaha...this is true!

In France the movie "Heidi" had a song, and I work for a French company, so my work-friends used to sing it to me when they were drinking. Other than that, it just fell to the "Hi-de-ho" stuff from Cab Calloway songs...

One of my good friends is still nicknamed "Dirty Diana" though..and that's the ringtone when she calls me.

Well I googled this LOL, and apparently there are some Ramona songs none of which I am familiar with, but people have a habit of shortening my name to Mona (and my brothers even managed to shorten it to MO :embarassed: ) So I will go with

    Nat King Cole- Mona Lisa
And Fugees _ Nappy Head, there is a line "mona lisa can I get a date on Friday and if your busy, something something Saturday...

I've had these sang to me more times than I care to count.

"Sara Smile" by Hall & Oates and "Sara" by Starship. And, yep, they're both from the 80's. :)

We named our eldest daughter after both of these songs! Well, I chose it because of Sara Smile, my husband would have people think he chose it because of Starship. I just let him think that.

    My name (Karen):

Carolina On My Mind - James Taylor ("Karen, she's a silver sun...")

Steal my Sunshine - Len - the version with movie clips from Go insterted throughout - at one point one guy screams, "Karen! I love you!". At least that's what it sounds like, and I'm sticking to it.

I hate when people sing me a song with my name. For obvious reasons.

    "Maria" - Michael Jackson - 1972
    "Maria" - Ricky Martin - 1995
    "O Maria" - Beck - 1998
    "Maria, Maria" - Santana - 1999
"Maria" - Rage Against the Machine - 1999
"Maria, Shut up and Kiss Me" - Willie Nelson - 2002
    "Maria" - Green Day
"Dear Maria, Count Me In" - All Time Low - 2012
    "Maria, Maria" - Like Chocolate - 2012\
    "Maria" - Justin Bieber *gag* - 2012
"My Maria" - BW Stevensnson, redone by Brooks and Dunn - 1973, 1996

And then, everyone's favorite "Maria" from The Sound of Music or "Maria" from West side story.

I win. Considering there's countless others I didn't even bother to type up.

    All of the above!

Oh, and "Fat Bottomed Girls"

Pumping for Jill - Iggy Pop

Da do ron ron - "somebody told me that her name was Jill"

Harry Connick Jr. has a Jill song but he doesn't say the name

T.I. says "Hey Jill" at the beginning of a song but it's not in the title. (Not thrilled about the lyrics to that one)

The only one I can think of is by John Anderson. It's called Christie. It's spelled differently than mine but it's basically the same. Then there's the one by Patty Griffin called Christina which is my real name. Mehh... Not a fan of either song to be honest.
