Honestly, Chipotle has really been helping me count calories. I know I can go there and get a bowl w/ Avocado, rice, beans, salsa, cheese, and it will definitely fill me up and be less than 600 cals. The hard part is resisting the chips >.<

Tea - helps with sooo many different things; stress, hunger, cold, etc.
Avocados - I'd never had one until about a week ago but I've had half every day since, lool, I can't stop
Porridge - I have mine with grated apple and cinnamon and it tastes like a pudding
"Milkshakes" - just frozen banana, milk and a drop of vanilla blended together. Who needs McDonald's?!

It's between broccoli, (especially when I want a maranara sauce and LOTS of volume of food on a plate), or whole grain rye bread. Both fill me up and satisfy my need to eat lots of food.

I also like my herbal teas when I have evening cravings for sweets...

Ok, that's not one. But it depends on my mood!
