Raw v. Cooked on package

I am making chicken tonight. They were "fresh" breasts, which I froze. Is the nutriition info on the label (it's Tyson boneless, skinless, breast) for raw or cooked? I'm assuming raw, because it is 140, and I've seen etnreis for 110 (both for 4 oz), which is what I'm assuming then that 4 oz. cooked would be? So, since my package was raw chicken, should I weigh the chicekn raw and use the info on the label? That's what I've done in the past, just want some new thoughts.
