After vaca massacre

Alright, I need to vent a little bit. I have been on/off for some time now. Before I left for vacation (March 2013) I was doing so great! Sticking to eating healthy and exercising at least 4 times a week. Then BAM.. vaca starts and I go down down down hill. Pizza, wine, chips.. you name it. Being home for 2.5 weeks I cannot get back into the mindset of just shutting up and getting back on track! Yes I know, I can only help myself but if I could just get over that damn fix, I'd get onto loving life and getting fit!

I'm not alone I know. I was 216 a week before FL and this morning I weighed in at 226. FML! I am only doing it to myself... it's awful but I can't do this anymore. Screw the fluctuations! I need a power kick in the *kitten*!!!!

Anybody want to be buddies and get back into this together?

    Im in the same boat... I only went on vacation for 4 days but since then Im 4.5 lbs heavier. I know its not a huge amount but I cant seem to get back on track. You can add me if you'd like :)
