Southwest scrambler (vegan/vegitarian) with pic

this is super yummy and very easy you can make any changes you would like and its only 355 cals :D

6 oz tofu
1 slice onion
1 clove garlic
3 sweet baby peppers
1 celery stalk
3 mushrooms
1 cup spinach
1/2 avacado
tumeric seasoning to taste
chilli powder to taste
cumin to taste

spray a skillet with no stick spray. Then add everything but the avacado in to the skillet and add seasoning. Cook until onions are clear then put on a plate and add avacado. Ta da!
