    my intake is 12-1300 cal approximate daily - trying to keep fat grams below 32 per day

    plan - start 30DS today
    11 weeks at it.

    Thank you. :) I try to eat protein and veggies. I also try to limit "starchy" carbs to twice a week. (I'm still working on that).
    I do cardio (run, stationary bike, elliptical, dance class) 6 days a week and lift weights 3 times a week.

    Thanks doll! I was actually between 125-130 before I gained all of this weight, so I hope I will look healthy. Haha. :wink:

    Tough Mudder is a 10-13 run with 20+ military style obstacles. The one I'm doing is in North Lake Tahoe in California.
