Mostly in a slow cooker with garlic and Mrs. Dash then shred it. Or grilled on the barbeque.

In a roasting bag with whatever herbs n spices I fancy on the day. Keeps them soooooo moist and tender.

Well played! Extra-virgin olive oil and a little tamari is a go-to for me. 325 F for 13 minutes on one side, 12 minutes on the other side, rest it for about 5 minutes. Tender, juicy, gone. Also, mix together tamari, agave nectar, and Frank's Red Hot sauce in roughly equal quantities for a sweet-spicy faux barbeque sauce. Brush some on before cooking, drizzle some on after cooking. Deeelightful.

I've heard good things about blasting it hot and fast on a silpat, too. I look forward to trying that.
  • first i like to give them a nice rinse in the tub and then a massage. then you throw them in the oven and hope for the best

Find a great seasoning and rub it in slowly in thoroughly. Warm them till done. I have a bad habit of trying to put a whole one in my mouth...

This is how I typically treat mine. Spices and seasons vary but they all get tossed on the flames.
