    Wow ladies, look like we have had a great first week, being busy has done well for us for once.

    Cathy - great job on the loss and try to keep a smile on your face, you will make it through this.

    Lauryn - Next week is a new week, you have done so well. keep up the hard work.

    Kristin - Great job and I hope you have a wonderful vacation

    Laurie - Keep at it, you will get there.

    I had a good week, even with a few bumps along the way. Today is a busy day of getting stuff ready for vacation. We leave on friday for Yellowstone, where we are meeting my parents and some family friends for a week. Looking forward to the trip and I think I might do ok on eating since we are staying in a rental home, so we will be eating part of our meals in.

    So in turn I will be on here until Friday then wont be back for another week, so I will miss next weeks weight in but will pick back up in week 3.

    What a great morning.... most of us seem to be in the loss column.

    Cathy- good luck on your morning adventures. I'll say a little prayer for you.
    Kristin- You will be off and gone on your vaca before you know it. Have fun!

    Lindsey- All your hard work paid off. congrats!
    Lauryn- You are going through soooo much right now. Stay focused on what is important! You are in our thoughts!

    Has anyone tried the recipe creator on here. It is really neat! I have made some different foods lately and instead of adding everything in and trying to split up the portions the recipe calculator does it for me. Great tool!

    good morning All~
    Ok,not sure I was suppose to do~....hmmm..help? lol
    Great for everyone so far!!! WOW~~~ way to go.

    I had to purchase a new scale .The other one was dropped too many times and my DH says that messes it up.When I weighed in last night after buying it it showed 316.(a GAIN of 3 pounds) *sad face*
    this morning -315
    so taking the 315 .:P

    Here Molly. You just copy the most recent list, and move youself up so you're in the "reported" section (the top section) and then adjust your numbers. And don't worry about the gain...it will come off again!

    It is a new scale and what the heck.I know I can even out.I added some every day exercises (like groceries shopping and clothes folding ,standing,sitting) and those add up.But decided not to eat my exercise cals and see what happens.
    what an adorable child!!! my yougest is Katherine Elizabeth~ (21) and my oldest is 24 KC.

    No problem Molly! And thank you! Kadence is my pride and joy! And I like Katherine Elizabeth! My sister's middle name is Katherine, which was my great-grandmothers name. Elizabeth is my grandmas name. We like to keep the middle name from our family.

    staying the same is good. there aren't any pounds to reloss.
    lauryn...(((HUGS))) you had a great day yesterday and you WILL continue to have good days.

    everything went well today. go back again tomorrow and get the report. the bank gave back the overdraft fees. hope to have the charges returned soon. was told it could take up to 30 days.

    well, it's lunch time. and doing a little work. i think i will take a nap today. didn't sleep well. too much on my mind.

    good evening ladies.....

    how are all the newbies doing?

    had cornish game hens for dinner. haven't had them in a very long time. broccoli and stuffing. was good. tomorrow is something quick and easy. we have our first study group for church. it's every wednesday. will need to plan for these. gym day tomorrow, than home to clean and get my grocery list ready for the commissary on sat.

    well off to get ready for bed. tired. long mental day today.

    Busy this week just dealing with my toddler, planning a big trip in september to visit some friends, AND healing from my miscarriage AND dealing with power outages every day (4-9 hours per day) ! UGH!

    Hi ladies. Great job on all the losses. And for those of you that had the scale go up just a tad, no worries. The weather, our TOM, and heck even a stressful week can make all the difference. It's a six week challenge, so it will definitely even out.

    I have been feeling so depressed. Yesterday I did nothing but eat and sleep, eat and sleep, eat and sleep. Don't think I'm stepping on the scale today as that is just one more failure I'm not ready to face. Sorry for whining. Hopefully it is hormonal or something and will be better in a few days. Need to readjust my meds maybe?

    good morning ladies....

    just a quick drive by for me. what was to be an ok day has bumped itself up some. so no gym, just a workout at home. don't need to be making trips back and forth. need to get some more running done today than planned.

    lula....(((HUGS))). are you still doing your fab workouts? exercise really helps depression. maybe change your routine or try something new.
    BJ were are you. and the rest of our newbies. doesn't matter what the scale said there is a reason for everything. like lula said, the heat, TOM (glad i don't have them anymore), water. could be anything.

    well, really need to get it in gear.

    oh, all the money is back into my acct and the fees were refunded. YEA!!!!! stress free. praise the Lord.

    GOOD morning!!! It's Wednesday!!! Now only 3 days until I leave for vacation!! CRAZY!! And still so much to do!! Saturday is going to be interesting. Have I mentioned that we are driving from our home here in Des Moines, Iowa to Toronto, Ontario Canada?! It's like 15 hours....and we are doing it with my super sweet 10 month old!! LOVE her but I already know it's going to be interesting! She gets fussy if we're in the car for more than a half hour!! UGH! oh well...bought some new fun toys to hopefully keep her attention for more than 5 minutes! And we are just going to have to stop every couple hours and get her out for a bit!! But it's going to be crazy!

    As far as last night went...it was good! Got in a good run and shred day 19 level 3!

    Today...have a meeting ALL morning and then LOTS of work to do the rest of the day.

    B-Multigrain cheerios, skim milk, coffee
    S-Trail mix bar
    L-Leftover Chipotle pork loin, red potatos, green beans, light yogurt
    S-Braeburn apple
    D-Something with chicken
    S-???

    Exercise:
    Shred day 20 level 3!! 20 days shredding with only 2 days off!!! Pretty proud of that!!!

    Morning Everyone,

    Today is and UGH day. I just don't feel like doing anything. If I can just make it until tonight. Then my husband and I have ballroom dance class. That usually perks me up.

    Cathy - Glad to hear that you got the money back. Do they know who did this? That's the most frustrating thing. Not knowing who out there has done this to you. Many prayers for smoother roads.

    Lula - As you can see from my entry I am right there with you. Yes exercise helps pull people out of the duldrums. I hope you get the motivation to move forward and things get better.

    Kristin - I know it must be getting exciting with your trip coming up. We leave in a couple of weeks for upstate NY. We will be across the St. Lawrence Seaway from Ontario. I used to love going over for a visit. Now that you have to have a passport we don't go. We still have to get everything together to get our passports, and of course the rates just went up. OH well.

    got in a quick 20 mins jillian michaels workout on exercise on demand. then tried a little yoga didn't care for the person doing it. showered, now getting grocery list ready and heading out the door soon.
